- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Having exceptional interpersonal abilities and a people-centric approach, skilled at effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization's hierarchy.
- Dynamic can-do attitude
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS systems like Time & Attendance System, is highly preferred
