Responsibilities:


  • Assist line manager in handling procurement matter, checking of purchase orders raised, order confirmation and invoices from supplier
  • Liaise with the shipping companies, checking of shipping details, status and GST payment
  • Work closely with insurance companies, relating to marine insurance and claims
  • Manage import documentation.
  • Prepare, process and expedite the relevant shipping documents for import shipping clearance
  • Monitor and update internal customers on the cargoes estimated arrival date
  • Work closely with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters
  • Attend to internal customers enquiries regarding shipping and procurement
