EA Personnel Responsibilities:

. To handle end to end sales

. To handle customers enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

. To understand employer's requirements

. To match employer's requirements with employee profiles

. To arrange and conduct interviews between the employers and employees

. To prepare all necessary documents required for deployment

. To provide after-sales follow-up and service

EA Personnel :

. Must have experience with recruitment

. Must have CEI - Certificate of Employment Intermediaries

. Strong sales ability, communication and interpersonal skills

. Able to handle all employee and employer matters independently

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
