Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales objectives by setting short and long-term sales strategies
• Determine annual sales budget, planning to meet sales goals by projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new customers
• Manage flexi tank sales organization with an emphasis on growth and profitability
• Expand the customer base through direct sales and network utilization
• Responsible for developing new countries' business activities together with the agents and ensuring high utilization of equipment

Job Requirements:

• Possess 3-5 years in the logistics business and good market knowledge
• Experience with flexitanks is a must
• Good IT skills Proficient in using computing software (eg: in-house programs)
• Good communicator and fluent in English (oral and written)
• Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure, results-oriented
• Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently
• Possess the ability to manage processes as well as build relationships
