Position Details:


  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Industry: Chemical Manufacturing
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. 4:45 p.m.)
  • Compensation: Monthly Base Salary ranging from SGD 2,300 to SGD 3,200 + Monthly Fixed Allowance
  • Potential Monthly Gross Salary: SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,400 ++
  • Location: Jurong Island, Singapore
  • Company Transportation: Provided (Jurong Island / Jurong East MRT)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise procurement of raw materials, packaging, and office supplies to ensure seamless production.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient purchasing system for streamlined operations.
  • Cultivate relationships with dependable suppliers for sustainable partnerships.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and agreements.
  • Regularly assess company purchasing needs and implement inventory control measures.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet production demands.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, including outdoor tasks such as material receiving and occasional forklift operation.
  • Implement warehouse best practices for enhanced efficiency and organization.
  • Prepare procurementrelated budgets.
  • Implement cost optimization measures.
  • Provide administrative support for operational smoothness.
  • Adhere to QESH-MS Work Procedures and SOP for quality management.

Requirements:


  • Minimum educational attainment: NITEC, N-Level, O level, or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: 13 years in a relevant industry.
  • Valid forklift license.
  • Familiarity with SAP system for advanced procurement.
