Coordinate closely with all stakeholders of the exchange: Management, Technology, Business Development, Legal/Compliance and others to identify new business opportunities, areas of improvement and to resolve open issues as they arise.

Prioritize, plan and manage major projects with input from Member Firms and stakeholdersBalance technology, user experience and revenue generation goals — innovate, make informed decisions and continuously measure processes and activities that have a significant impact on those decisionsReduce entropy by managing the huge influx of ideas and data, and prioritizing every task so that all stakeholders are always clear about their current goals and upcoming goalsManage exchange development and delivery closely with technology team members while consistently prioritising feature demands and backlog together with expected timelinesEngage and challenge stakeholders to surface problems and refine ideas, while complement that with data and researchRequirements:
At least 5 years in the field of Project Management, preferably in a high-growth technology companyExperience working in financial institutions, preferably in private equities and/or stock brokerageStrong understanding of project life cycles and methodologiesStrong understanding of a variety of digital solutions and processesAble to manage multiple projects concurrently, using project management tools like JIRAStrong understanding of digital processes and tools such as UX and their impact to strategic objectivesParticipate in reviewing QA and leading UAT plansPreferably certified in Project Management (PMP/Prince2/CITPM)
