Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Be an SME in Aladdin project squad.
• Drive acceptance testing phase with end users, testers, and relevant product teams
• Handle end user queries related to platform functionality.
• Work closely with IT stakeholders to track platform related incidents and defects to timely and permanent closure.
• Coordinate and validate system requirements gathering and user acceptance testing activities.
• Conduct regular platform training and onsite guidance to end users.
• Liaise with business process owners to align processes with platform

Requirement:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Banking / Financial Institutions
• In depth knowledge of Aladdin Wealth / Enterprise system (Blackrock)
• Sound understanding and articulation of Discretionary Portfolio Management business products, processes, and best practices.
• Strong advocate for operational efficiency and enhanced end user experience
• Sound understanding and articulation of Wealth Management business products, processes, and best practises.
• Ability to prioritize, work well under pressure, work well independently and be a team player.
• Demonstrable ability to engage closely and confidently with business and IT stakeholders of all levels.
