Description
**Responsibilties:
System Administration

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer operating systems and services, including Windows, Linux, and macOS Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network, system, and endpoint security

User Helpdesk Support

Knowledge Sharing

  • Document and track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to foster knowledge sharing and enhance future troubleshooting Maintain uptodate network diagrams and technical documentation

Project Work

  • Set up and configure nextgeneration firewall, managed switches, enterprise wireless, SIEM, and endpoint security
  • Deploy cloud servers with an opensource virtualisation
  • Configure Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning, licensing, and other essential services
  • Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other services Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security measures and policies, including Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender, MFA, and Conditional Access

Security Management

  • Comply with all policies and procedures published under Information Security Management System category Fulfil the requirements of Information Security Management System standards

Others
Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality Ability to learn new things quickly
