Based in Singapore/Korea and reporting to the Content Operations Manager, the Content Operations Specialist will be responsible for operational tasks to ensure the timely availability and quality of content on the Viki service.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all operational tasks in a content's life cycle, with a focus on dramas and movies from various regions
Manage the onboarding of new content, this includes:
Working with various internal stakeholders to meet launch schedule-
Communicating with external partners on assets requirements and delivery schedule-
Setting up and maintaining accurate geo-restriction and content windowing rules in accordance with the content strategy-
Uploading and encoding content in line with the launch schedule-
Manage and ensure timely renewals and offboarding of existing content in accordance with the content strategy
Perform various operational tasks to ensure quality viewing experience on Viki:
Video mastering and formatting works-
Managing master assets-
Maintaining metadata accuracy-
Fixing and importing subtitle filesQualifications:
3+ years of experience in broadcast/media industry focused on delivering high-quality assets within established deadlines
Fluent in English and Korean/Chinese, to communicate with internal/external partners
Experience in video editing tools and familiarity with various media formats/codec
Familiarity with Asian dramas are a plus
