    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations, including bookkeeping tasks and administrative duties. Please note that training during probation will be at Geylang/Aljunied/Sims Area. This position will be at Bukit Merah area.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Perform bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable and payable, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
    2. Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
    3. Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
    4. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and receiving and coordinating goods.

    Requirements:

    1. Proactive approach and common sense in work execution.
    2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    3. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
