• Execute strategic KYC regulatory change driven by senior leadership team
• Provide guidance and advisory to internal stakeholders with respect to KYC/SOW procedures and workflow
• Liaise closely with regional regulators on KYC/AML related matters
• Accountable for roll-out and embedding of the CDD/KYC initiatives and policy change
• Work with the relevant Compliance and Risk stakeholders to ensure processes are fit for purpose and meet regulatory requirements.
• Design of global processes and controls ensuring local requirements are considered, while adhering to Group standards.
• Single point of contact to stakeholders for roll out of policies and embedment of procedures.
• Comply and adhere to regulatory, compliance and internal policies, including responses to transaction monitoring alerts

• Administrative support and other duties as assigned by Management
• Complete timely all mandatory regulatory and compliance training
• Any other duties assigned by line managers

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Banking environment, preferably, Private Banking
• Relevant experience in AML/ KYC/SOW processes and regulations
• Able to perform accurate, precise and timely mannered operations.
• Excellent understanding and knowledge in Banking and Investment products.
• Strong team player with high level of initiative with sustainable and continuous desire and efforts to tackle and break through difficult tasks in order to establish client base.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality.
• Strong client servicing skill and ability to deal with complex issues.
