**Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with no minimum experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.**Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to sales and accounting department.
- Data entry, maintain filing systems and keep records.
- Coordinating meetings and events.
- Assist with the preparation of payment vouchers.
- Issue invoices to customers.
- Assist with insurance renewal processes for the company.
- Update leave status for employees and maintain accurate records.
- Collecting and segregating mails daily
- Mail out cheques and dropping off cheques at quick cheque deposit box.
- Respond to phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Prepare outgoing correspondence and coordinate courier services as needed.
- Perform general photocopying and scanning of documents as required.
Requirements:
- No minimum experience required; training will be provided.
