    - design, lead and manage our programmes for youths

    Team Welfare
    - design and oversee executive team's strategy and work schedule
    - artists hire and care
    - distribution of salaries, professional work fees and more

    Accounts
    - consistent review and healthy management of CMAS funds
    - banking administration matters
