Roles & Responsibilities

• FSC Section head to oversee FSC operations and liaison with Allied Teleiss Business Units to ensure RMA units meet the quality standards, deliver on time, manage the P&L of FSC Section and provide excellent service to ATI Groups.
• To manage and drive RMA output productivity .
• To coordinate wih internal teams such as Test & Pack, Material Planning/Logistics and Repair Analyst, to gather information to plan for RMA repair, provide schedule plan to drive for FSC RMA Output to meet Business Units shipment.
• To manage a group of Analysing Technicians/Engineers to conduct verification and 1st level failure analysis of respective BU RMA non-conformance unit, identify the cause of defect / non-conformance feedback, provde technical support in response to queries or concerns raised till closure.
• To manage and control Planning and Logistic team to co-ordinate & suport all BUs RMA transaction logistics management activities, ensure RMA units are processed in accordance to requirement and all information being updated into the system. To procure and arrange material to support debug, rework and ROI needs.
• To manage the Store and Material team to support all RMA related material transaction activities for repair, rework, assembly and re-configuration activities. Control and accountable for raw material inventories, tracking & recording of all material transaction.
• To manage the Final Assembly team to support debug team in PCBA reworking, ROI and re-configuration of mechanical assembly activities.
• To manage Test & Pack team to perform all functional testing of repaired RMA units as per respective product test procedures & software specified on Agile system.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years working experience in networking products and PCBA environment
• Good organising skill and self-motivated
• Able to work independently as well as a team.
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese language to report and liaise effectively with Japan Headquarter.
