Job Responsibilities:
= The Services required are set out as follows:1) Taking on IT duties such as ICT administration, Asset Management, and ICT procurement.

2) Supporting the planning and execution of the school's ICT plans by assisting the Head of Department (HOD) for ICT and ICT Manager.

3) Tracking the usage of ICT funding, supporting the HOD(ICT) and ICT Manager with adequate solutions to monitor utilisation.

5) Basic stock taking skills and assist in the use of ESSMS+ system

6) Proficient in areas of photography and videography

7) Able to create good quality webpages, videos and edit photos for publication

8) Proficient in website management

9) Proficient in the use of software such as MS Office

10) Proficient in video editing or equivalent

11) Able to carry out simple workshops for students and teachers

12) Able to handle, operate and maintain AV equipment

13) Help the school in event management

14) Able to do data entry as required by the school

15) Able to carry out simple troubleshooting for ICT equipment

16) Other ad hoc duties or requests assigned by the School Leaders, HOD(ICT) and other assigned School Staff

Job Qualifications:
= The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:1) Team player with good communication and inter-personal skills.

2) Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Desktop Engineer or ICT Executive in a school environment.

3) A Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline; those without a diploma and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply.

4) Proficient in areas of photography, videography and video-editing.

5) Good command of English (Written & Oral)
