    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage complex Process Development projects from conception to completion:Ownership of projects from planning phase to implementation phase.
      Coordinate with all stakeholders on the delivery of set goals to ensure successful integration of Processes into Production environment.
      Establish and finalise operation procedures (incl. Process & Equipment).
      Handle challenges of high-level engineering tasks.
      Construct and execute scale-up plan and Process optimisation to meet Production goals.
      Collect data and analyse results to provide recommendations or solutions for effective execution of established plans.
      Create and maintain documents necessary for new developments (pFMEA, Control Plan, WI, OCAP, SPC, etc).
      Mentor and train relevant engineers and Production personnel for an effective knowledge transfer in Production line.
      Assist in continuous improvement of Production flow for new Process Development project.
    • Support on Production activities during safe launch period:Troubleshoot Production line issues related to yield, quality, and throughput.
      Participate in Process sustaining, definition and improvement, design, development, and quality test activities under general instruction.
    • Work closely and effectively with cross functional teams to support the customer requests with quick responsiveness, knowledge, and expertise to win new opportunities.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering / industrial engineering / mechanical engineering / Materials Science or equivalent.
    • 6 Sigma Certification is an added advantage.
    • Materials processing and practical experience.
    • Equipment design and commissioning.
    • Understanding on bonding wire and assembly materials, and their applications.
    • Mechanical parts knowledge and practical experience.
    • Past experiences in resolving a wide range of development / manufacturing issues.
    • Strong problem analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experiences in Process Development or New Product Introduction (NPI).
    • Skilled in problem analysing and solving using statistical methodology.
    • Have the capabilities to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions.
    • Able to manage projects effectively and good team player.

    Other Information:

    • Work Location: Pioneer (company transport provided)
    • Monday to Friday: 8.15am to 5.15pm
