    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Work closely with the management of the firm in operational and strategic matters. Provide administrative support to office staff, promoting excellence in office operations.
    • Assist to organise office schedules, meetings, firm's social activities.
    • Post jobs opening, arrange for interviews.
    • Organise orientation for new joiners, handle on-boarding process for new joiners.
    • Updates staff training records.
    • Process claims, staff appraisals, published office memo.
    • Raise purchase requisition of office materials, CAPEX.
    • Any other office administrative duties.

    Requirements

    • Proficient oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
    • Preferable with minimum 1 year of working experience, welcome senior citizen.

    Other Information

    • Working Hours : 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm)
    • Working Location : Tanjong Pagar
