Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps of dApps and other blockchain products
• Lead the planning, design and development of high value products
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high quality, performant and user friendly products
• Perform market research and analysis
• Ensure best practices are followed in each step of the feature development cycle
• Produce best practices and SOPs to help scale the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
• 7+ years of experience in developing software products and 5+ years working as product owner
• Work experience with renowned tech companies
• Work experience and domain knowledge of blockchains and dApps
• Organized and self-motivated
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams without authority
