Billing Executive - Singapore - GLOBAL CONTAINER FREIGHT PTE LTD
Description
Data entry and generate billings.- Update monthly schedules.
- Update weekly & monthly report
- Update Organization
- Responsible for AP, AR & reporting.
- Handle partial set of account.
- Control and monitor accounts receivables, account payables.
- Job file filling
- Assist in other general accounting functions & ad hoc project.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prior working experience in a Freight Forwarding industry will be an added advantage.
- Able to join us at short notice.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Bilingual in English & Chinese preferred
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Full-Time positions available.
