Senior/Patient Service Associate (Rehabilitation Centre):

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Front counter duties such as registration, billing, appointments/reappointments
  • Process sales of therapy items and manage inventory in the centre
  • Provide administrative support and perform backend duties in the centre
  • Provide financial counselling for new patients
  • Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • At least GCE 'O' Level qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to speak another language or dialect will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills
