Description

Responsibilities:

Oversees project costing, budget allocation, expenditure monitoring and cost forecasting
Reviews the project revenue update and project cash flow
Oversees Change Order Management and Claims with Client, Vendors and Subcontractors
Ensures timely commercial and cost reporting
Reviews and evaluates vendors and subcontractors CBEs
Coordinates with respective stakeholders for Payment milestones requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
At least 5 years relevant project control manager work experience is required for this position.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
