**Account Administrator**Responsibilities: - Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
- Filing of vehicle checklists
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
- Responsible for providing financial accounting solutions of the Company, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual books, and review, analyze, and report under the accounting principles and other related regulations.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Investigates questionable data.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Automotive industry
- Selfdirected, selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Familiar with car insurance claims, local financial regulations and financial declaration is highly preferred
- Having a driving licence is a plus
