Our client is from Travel industry. They are looking for a IT Business Analyst to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East.

Duties:


  • Analyze user requirements and draft detailed functional specifications.
  • Serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and support testing phases.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide training to business users.
  • Mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends related to compliance and technology.
  • Proactively address potential concerns and share risk management practices.

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma in IT or any relevant field.
  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
