Description
Attend to customers and assist customers with their accident reporting

  • Create claim file in system
  • Submit Third Party & Own Damage claim
  • Update customers on the claim status
  • Follow up on parts arrival
  • Assist Insurance sales
  • Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in accident claims process.
  • Be able to effectively communicate with customers
  • Efficient in MICROSOFT Word/Excel/claims reporting systems

Salary:
$1, $2,500.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
