Admin Assistant - Hougang, Singapore - BAN HOCK HIN CO PTE LTD
Description
Attend to customers and assist customers with their accident reporting- Create claim file in system
- Submit Third Party & Own Damage claim
- Update customers on the claim status
- Follow up on parts arrival
- Assist Insurance sales
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in accident claims process.
- Be able to effectively communicate with customers
- Efficient in MICROSOFT Word/Excel/claims reporting systems
Salary:
$1, $2,500.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
