World leading luxury retailer invites dynamic and professional individual to join the group as Inventory Executive

Budget for this role: S$3800

Responsibilities

• Ensure high efficiency of inventory management
• Ordering of relevant materials, arranging with third party for collection and delivery.
• Perform weekly/monthly stock count and ensure accuracy of inventory.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound products from Corporate or International requests are manage in a timely manner.
• Manage defective items to Corporate and facilitate the returns.
• Maintain high level of inventory accuracy and complete rebalancing stock request with Regional Merchandising team.
• Assist in all stock inventory cycles including High Value Count, Cycle Count, Repair Count, requested by Corporate and Random Inventory Count, Annual Count and Wardrobe Count requested by local Management are completed as scheduled.
• Manages all omni-channel orders for fulfilment and stock management.
• Liaises with other store and relevant departments (including E-Commerce) for any stock related issues.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and set personal excellence in work standards.
• Minimum 2 years retail or luxury retail experience or supply chain/ logistics or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.).
• Ability to do analysis and reporting work.
