Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Minimum N Levels or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with experience in call centre
- Able to multitask
- Able to speak and understand more than one language
- Able to commit to shifthours (as stated below) deskbound
Other Information:
- Training will be provided
- Shifthours are from 8am to 6pm, spanning from Monday to Sunday on rotation basis of 4dayswork2daysoff shift
and 2dayswork1dayoff shift) - 12 weeks probation period
- Incentives are applicable upon confirmation
