Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
  • Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
  • Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned

Requirements:


  • Singaporeans only
  • Minimum N Levels or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with experience in call centre
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to speak and understand more than one language
  • Able to commit to shifthours (as stated below) deskbound

Other Information:


  • Training will be provided
  • Shifthours are from 8am to 6pm, spanning from Monday to Sunday on rotation basis of 4dayswork2daysoff shift
    and 2dayswork1dayoff shift)
  • 12 weeks probation period
  • Incentives are applicable upon confirmation
