    Description

    The Role

    IHH Group aims to provide the best in class patient experience by creating a culture of continuous improvement, as well as to deliver clinical outcome and safe care, in the most effective and cost efficient manner. Business Process Analyst will be expected to assist strategic process improvement and planning for the countries, analyses information and trends to identify key projects, assists creating projects dashboard, monitor, and status updates, collaborates with countries and cross function department heads in IHH Group function such as Medical Affair and Quality, Value Driven Outcome, IT to assess, track and report key processes and financial metrics.

Tangible outcomes are adequate number and good quality of improvement projects, improved net promoter score & employee engagement survey, and percentage of employees trained.

    Key accountabilities

  • Drive implementation of IHH framework to build a culture of continuous improvement in IHH Group.
  • Build business intelligence dashboard using Power BI to help decision making of group and country level management
  • Guide key subject matter experts who will drive the improvement initiatives by providing data analytics.
  • Work with subject matter experts to plan trains the trainers program for SMEs and project champions
  • Support SMEs to develop a pool of talents across all Drive implementation of IHH framework to build a culture of continuous improvement in IHH Group.business units to champion improvement projects.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree. Computer Science, engineering, Healthcare related, or general management.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and cultural nuances often found in other markets. Minimum black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or other equivalent qualification
