- Proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams (analysts, ops, or strategy roles).
- Strong background in marketing strategy, marketing analytics, business operations, or consulting, with 6-8 years of experience.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and alignment at senior levels.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, CAC, GMV, and ROI models.
- Strong analytical toolkit: SQL, BigQuery, Excel, Tableau/Looker (or similar).
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build scalable solutions.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
- Industry experience in e-commerce, tech, or high-growth consumer brands preferred.

About Marketing Planning, Strategy & Operations
We're looking for a strategic leader who can connect the dots between business goals, marketing performance, and operational excellence. As the Head / Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations at Klook, you'll lead a team of analysts and operations specialists while steering the planning and strategy backbone of our global B2C marketing engine. This team is not executional by design. Instead, it will be deeply embedded in enabling, orchestrating, and optimizing execution across channels, campaigns, and the broader demand ecosystem.
Your role isn't just about managing processes, it's about solving complex problems, driving clarity, and ensuring marketing teams across regions are set up for success. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to align strategy, optimize investments, and build scalable ways of working.
What You'll Do (Main Accountabilities)
