    Supervisor, Credit and Collections

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a Supervisor for our Credit and Collection Team who will manage the day to day performance of a team of analysts. Sets team objectives, targets, priorities and develop team capability in conjunction with manager /senior manager while manage a small portfolio of accounts

    Responsibilities

    • Perform customer credit check. Establish and maintain appropriate credit lines for new and existing customers in accordance with company's credit policy
    • Assists in the implementation of credit and collections policies to maximize sales, improve collections of customer accounts receivables and reduce outstanding aged accounts receivable balances by working in conjunctions with Billing Team, Sales , CSM, and Legal
    • Engages with customers and sales to understand and resolve disputed collection issues, Timely resolve customer receivable issues, inquiries, disputes, and/or claims
    • Responsible for customers open balances collections, trial balance reconciliations, unapplied payments & unapplied credit memos reconciliation
    • Partner with Cash Application team in our global back office to ensure properly application of customer's receipt.
    • Partner with Customer Master team in our global back office to ensure timely set up and update of customer master.
    • Manages pro-active collections activities to highlight customer balances and implement procedures for customer communications to obtain assurances of payment within payment terms, eg, Zoom meeting, phone call, etc..
    • Monitors accuracy of customer data in accounts receivable database to assist in collections activities
    • Assists by providing analytical thoughts as guidance to peers on complex problems
    • Familiar with system and process , contribute on Credit and Collection documentation, involved in UAT and also support audit and legal requirements
    • Have the capability to handle challenging accounts with special requirement or complex PO allocation
    • Strong leadership skill which have the ability to communicate well, motivate the team member, handle and delegate responsibilities, have the flexibility to solve problems in an ever-changing workplace
    • Provides timely recommendations to management for customer accounts receivable balances in dispute, Assist to manage on KPI achievement, know how to supervise, coach, lead and inspire subordinates effectively

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience preferred
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • CCE/ICCE or equivalent certification preferred
