  • Competitive Salary + Benefits Our client, a global relocation management company is looking for an APAC Regional Manager to join their team in Singapore.
This position will oversee the general management APAC office and act as the regional main point of contact.

Including but not limited to management of the supply chain, client services staff, client relations and potential client duties, and general regional management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the entire supplier management processes.
  • Ensure the supplier management strategies are implemented across regions with the highest international standards by working with regional teams and managers.
  • Participate in global supply chain internal and external meetings and activities as the regional representative.
  • Keep monitoring the workload, performance, and quality of service delivery of the team.
  • Monitor and analyse direct reports' key performance indicators and abilities.
  • Take part in the hiring, retention, and interviewing of high employee engagement.
  • Evaluate and oversee the learning and development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Execute yearly performance appraisal, making suggestions for a salary review, promotions, and necessary disciplinary action.
  • Ensure constant and excellent customer service by supervising the allocation of resources and employees.
  • Use innovative ideas, procedures, and technology to improve efficiency while working with team members and clients to successfully identify and address issues.
  • Maintain the connection between implementation, sales, service, and clients to deliver professional setup across all services.
  • Organise and manage client initiatives, demands, projects, and improvements.
  • Provide team advice to handle operational and clientrelated issues.
  • Participate in chances for connectionbuilding and sales presentations.
  • Enhance the company's reputation and brand image and support the continuing development of multinational strategies that satisfy clients' diverse needs.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years' experience as a leader, within the Global Mobility/Relocation industry.
  • A natural leader, who is able to drive performance and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and supply chain management experience are essential.
  • A great multitasker who thrives working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT skills to use MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Willing to travel as business requires.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
