Participate in GST/Inventory Management and to ensure activities are in accordance with tax regulation and SOX Compliance.

Perform intercompany transactions which include job billings and costing activities and align with Standard Operating Processes and Transfer Pricing policies.

Intercompany and Costing Analyst

Responsibilities

Analyse and reconcile inventory variances in a timely manner
Coordinate billing and costing activities and ensure accounting/costing activities and job billings/recharges are align with SOX Compliance and Standard Operating Processes
Ensure intercompany accounts are reconciled and are resolved in a timely manner and in compliance with accounting policies
Analyze aging for intercompany accounts, resolve accounting related issues and disputes or escalate as required
Analyse intercompany mark up on billings and purchases to ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing policies
Responsible for maintaining controls over accounting transactions and month end closing activities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
Participate in GST compliance work, performing analysis and reconciliation
Participate in valueadd projects and drive continuous improvements in process efficiencies
Any other adhoc job assigned by the Management

Requirements:

At least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or Business or equivalent accounting qualification
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company environment
Strong in Microsoft excel (Intermediate/Advance). Working knowledge of Hyperion would be advantageous
Good understanding of GST, withholding and corporate tax regulation
Good oral and written communication skills
Organized, meticulous and good attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
Action oriented and good business acumen and strong analytical skills for problem solving
