    Digital Marketing & eCommerce Assistant Manager

    We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant Manager with a robust background in Digital Marketing, Online Sales, and Performance Analytics to join our team. The role requires an eye for what will appeal to customers and will be the creative, marketing point person that oversees investments, marketing strategies and the launch of OSIM products.

    In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of the different eCommerce websites ) and International Online Marketplaces. This involves strategic planning, content curation, product listing optimization, website enhancements and leveraging eCommerce and analytical tools to spearhead promotional campaigns tailored for OSIM's online presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with regional marketing and ecommerce team to align online product strategies with digital marketing efforts across and other online selling platforms. This involves strategizing, crafting and executing content creation, social media campaigns, SEO, digital advertising, KOL/KOC partnerships, customer journey mapping, email marketing, retargeting and more to improve online sales performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments and leverage analytical tools to measure and present actionable analytics for marketing campaigns and ecommerce activities. Analyze data from OSIM backend dashboards to evaluate effectiveness, propose enhancements, and devise strategies to boost website traffic, enhance user experience, increase conversions, and drive sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain a Digital Marketing scorecard to effectively track and report digital activities across all regions that OSIM operates in.
  • Stay proactive in identifying and implementing digital marketing and ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices. Provide recommendations related to competitive product offers, pricing, content development and consumer engagement to enhance OSIM's online presence and competitiveness.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams such as product development, sales, marketing, customer service to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital initiatives.
  • You're perfect for this job if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in successfully managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and eCommerce strategies, preferably within the electronics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • Extensive background in handling both Paid and Owned media (social, search engines, programmatic advertising, performance marketing, analytics, website development and content creation). Experience in devising regional media strategies and assisting local markets with tailored media plans would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics tools, social media management software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong grasp of SEO & SEM best practices with a proven track record in using online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge of sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset, adept at problem-solving and leveraging data insights to drive decision-making.
