The Business Operations Associate contributes to the development and completion of projects that vary in size and complexity.

We provide the successful incumbent the opportunity to manage key business processes and gain exposure to a variety of management, growth, implementation, and technical issues.

What You'll Do

Responsible for executing business processes that support essential functions of the organizationEnsure client deliverablesAchieve organizational standards, and help solve operational issuesAssist hedge fund Limited Partner onboarding, reviewing necessary documentationResponsible for relevant compliance regulatory work through working with authorities/& local professional partners in the different jurisdictions that we operateCoordinating with vendorsSimple book-keeping, ensuring invoices paid in a timely mannerAssisting in Internal Operations dutiesWho You Are

Holds a Bachelor Degree with relevant experience in both Compliance and OperationsSelf-motivated and resilient with good interpersonal skills, who enjoys working as part of a diverse and engaged teamGood organizational skills and capability to contribute to multiple projects at one timeKnowledge and experience in project and risk management methodologies and toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstand the role Compliance playsPrevious Regulatory Compliance experience is not mandatory but would be advantageousWe are a team of future-minded thinkers, researchers, engineers, and Web 3.
