Job Summary:


Review and challenge Sales FC to achieve FCQ (70%), and strike a balance between having sufficient inventory levels at target MOI (1.5 ~2 MOS) to meet customer needs without surplus and mínimal scrap(<3% of revenue).


Main Accountabilities:


  • Prepares S&OP meeting for local subsidiary by challenging Marketing team on forecasts changes and products Phase In / Phase Out, through monthly local demand review.
  • Challenge forecast accuracy of the subsidiary in cooperation with the regional demand manager & maintain APO upload & tracking.
  • Manage communication about product availabilities and warehouse activity in case of delay in the subsidiary, in coordination with sales admin team, replenishment planners and logistic referent.
  • Communicate closely with Business / Marketing Team to understand & identify market trends, demand variances, potential business risks & opportunities.
  • Performs replenishment and stock management on local flows in coordination with Business team & and communicates with IDC / RDC for expediting/rescheduling/adjusting shipments' timeline & volume to ensure appropriate replenishment.
  • Analyze scrap cost & validates scrap decisions in coordination with the local SCM team, provide mitigation/prevention plan, as well as future projection.
  • Drive supply chain continuous improvement through ondemand analytics, KPIs tracking and root causes analysis.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Mgr / Demand Planning Mgr.

Essential Skills And Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree, major in Supply Chain / Logistics / International Trading / Business Administration preferred.
  • At least
    5 years of supply chain and planning experience in the logistic / healthcare industry or related field.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Sense of ownership & rigorous
  • Master in S&OP process / APO forecasting tools
  • Analytical and Business mindset
  • Strong IS skills (SAP, Excel, VMI, Tableau Tools)
