    We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Programme Manager.

    Principal Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Programme Manager with a deep experience in driving and delivering change in line with the emerging technologies like generative artifical intelligence, quantum computing, blockchain. In this role, you will be responsible for driving delivery across the Group and collaborating with business in the areas of emerging tech initiatives

    • Shape business strategy through stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and buy-in on plans, commitments, and investment
    • Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from idea initiation to delivery. Develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives. Balance scope, schedule, interdependencies, and proactive mitigate identified risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
    • Create compelling value propositions by effectively articulating product scope and requirements
    • Contribute valuable insights to all aspects of product development, including user story grooming, defining test cases with clear acceptance criteria, and shaping engaging customer experience journeys
    • Lead and promote constructive cross-functional teamwork by exemplifying collaboration and accountability, bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals, and cultivating a culture of inclusivity

    Qualifications

    • Extensive knowledge and experience in emerging technologies or related roles with a focus on driving innovation and leading end-to-end project delivery, preferably within the financial services industry or start-up environment
    • Candidates should have a successful track record of delivering tangible improvements through user-led designs, prototyping, and working in agile environments
    • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the ability to independently formulate and test clear hypotheses, and solve problems in the absence of well-defined direction
    • Proven ability to interact, influence, and build authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate must possess attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex business dynamics
