    As a Lead Product Designer on the Integrity team, you will join a growing team to design for users' needs by understanding their motivations, behaviors, and expectations.

    Based in Singapore, you will command a high level of independence and be highly motivated to collaborate with cross-functional teams on a range of problem spaces dealing with protecting Grab's credibility to win users' trust, improving our ability to detect and prevent various types of fraud across the user journey, ensure all transactions performed within Grab's ecosystem are secure and identifying/predicting what genuine user looks like to ensure we provide the right experience to the right customers (travelers, high-value users, etc.).

    We seek a Lead Product Designer to join our Integrity team to help win users' trust across the region. Join us if you're committed to crafting frictionless and beautiful experiences for our consumers, drivers, and merchant partners.

    The Day-to-Day Activities


    Independently designing products with excellent quality across problem space teams and on strategic initiatives that focuses on User Trust, Safety & Integrity.

    Work with multiple stakeholders in balancing fraud prevention + safety factors with seamless experience that will win user trust.

    Work with the product, engineering and data team to provide the right level of risk & fraud prevention algorithm that is beneficial for the whole ecosystem.

    Design cost-effective safety and fraud prevention features that will scale to support business profitability and sustainability.

    Work with other project stakeholders to deliver the information architecture, user journey map & wireframe flow that is relevant with user trust and safety.

    Work with other designers, content writers, UX researchers to convert the wireframes into high-fidelity user interfaces that are promoting safety in a user friendly way.

    Plan and contribute to design validation, such as through usability testing and experiments, with a strong ability to define the right MVP scope.

    Conduct desk check of user interface during engineering development phase to ensure high quality implementation.

    Conduct & facilitate requirements, design, implementation reviews and critiques of other people's work to create achievable, measurable & impactful goals.

    Research and analyze industry UX/UI trends and competitor experiences & strategies in Transport and Mobility business, mainly for User Trust & Safety.

    Regular review of usage quantitative data from analytics to be triangulated with the qualitative insights that will drive the right decision.

    Qualifications

    The Must-Haves


    Online portfolio with a range of interactive samples in the Trust, Safety & Integrity area within Transport & Mobility business, either for end consumers, drivers or merchants.

    Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in product design, mainly in the User Trust, Safety & Integrity domain expertise, such as Fraud Prevention.

    Excellent understanding of UX design for the web, mobile, or touch devices, preferably with the context of maintaining the balance between risk and seamless experience for the safety of the user account.

    Good understanding of user risk algorithms and the needs to translate it to the best user experience.
    Good eye for visual design & hands-on experience in user interface design.
    Experience with current and relevant design tools like Figma & ProtoPie.
    Ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders.
    Ability to plan and lead design workshops independently with multiple parties by utilizing best practices methodology in problem solving.

    Ability to test (such as concepts or usability testing) and iterate the design, specifically with the drivers and their driving context.
