Responsibilites:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
Provide guidance and direction to the creative team, ensuring that all creative outputs are aligned with the brand's vision and values.
Concept Development:
Generate innovative and compelling ideas for advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and other creative projects. Collaborate with the team to develop concepts that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
Design Direction:
Provide artistic direction and oversee the design process, ensuring that the visual elements of the brand are visually appealing, cohesive, and consistent across different platforms and mediums.
This includes overseeing the development of graphics, layouts, typography, and other design elements.Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and other creative personnel. Provide feedback, guidance, and support to help them develop their skills and deliver high-quality work.

3D designs and rendering, video production, digital marketing, user experience (UX) design for:
- Showroom/concept store according to brand image and venue mall management's requirements
- Products appearance
- Product packaging
- And all related
Branding and Marketing Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine the brand's identity, positioning, and messaging.
Ensure that the creative outputs are aligned with the brand strategy and effectively communicate the brand's values and benefits to the target audience.
Quality Control:
Ensure the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables, reviewing and approving all creative materials before they are finalized and released.
This includes reviewing copy, visuals, layouts, and other creative elements to ensure they meet the brand's standards and guidelines.Industry Trends and Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and creative techniques. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the brand's creative outputs, keeping it ahead of the competition.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget
- Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
- Proven ability to develop successful concepts
- Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives
- Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Arts or Design
- Experience as a copywriter, graphic designer, or production artist
- Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction
