Roles & ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities
· Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse.
· Oversee the movement and storage of goods in the warehouse.
· Ensure the smooth flow of goods within the facility, from receiving to storing.
· Coordinate warehouse stock requests, such as transfers, etc.
· Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
· Schedule drivers and warehouse staff for local deliveries.
· Maintain update records of orders and suppliers.
· Responsible for stocking shelves, organizing cartons, and conducting inventory counts.
· Oversee all warehouse packing administration and documentation on Sage software. Update monthly packing details.
· Develop warehouse safety policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and ISO standards.
· Perform ad-hoc duties ad assigned by the Supervisor or the Management.
Requirements:
· Good Command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with colleagues and external vendors).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
· Experience in Sage300 software is an added advantage.
Job Highlights:
