    Role Overview

    Reporting to the CFO, we are looking for a Strategic Planning and Modelling Manager to join our headquarter in Singapore. This position is responsible for driving financial understanding and performance within the organization. He/ She will have close interaction with the business planning team and corporate functions in headquarters and regions.This role has a growth path to be the function in charge for financial strategic planning and transaction modeling, involved in potential M&A projects, as a member of the senior finance leadership team in headquarters.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Primary owner of the group operating model and forecast;
  • Coordinate long term planning, annual budgeting and regular forecasting;
  • Develop and maintain the group business and financial KPIs built up in the operating model;
  • Prepare report to management about financial and operational results, as well as appropriate analysis on business strategy execution;
  • Prepare the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly management reporting to shareholders;
  • Ensure the Group budget and forecast model is underpinned with clear assumptions and associated commentary;
  • Ongoing development of management reporting systems and analysis tools to measure performance;
  • Working with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and Business Analysis team on the regular update of operating model;
  • Ensure that the forecast model continues to evolve, including enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of the model to provide real time analysis;
  • Working with the CFO, Corporate Finance and wider Finance team to assist with other corporate accounting and reporting functions on management and performance reporting related requests
  • Support ad-hoc projects
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered accountant (Singapore CA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least 5 years' experience post qualification
  • Experiences of financial reporting in Technology or Naas Company is a strong plus
  • A quick learner to understand the underlying business and the implications to financial matrix
  • A high level of technical knowledge in respect of accounting and consolidation principles, the application of IFRS and group accounting standards
  • Advanced financial modelling skills including the efficient and uniform use of Excel for Group reporting and analysis
  • Qualified CFA or experiences to develop a financial modeling is a strong plus
  • Working experiences in asset valuation team in professional accounting firm is preferred
  • Working experience in investment firm is high preferred
  • Experience working in a multinational environment
