**Job Description

Identifying, interpreting and capitalizing on emerging social media trends / technologies to enhance member satisfaction with online platforms
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to strategies, develop and launch relevant online engagement tools/initiatives to the target audience so as to ensure continually optimize paid digital media to support brand, traffic and engagement KPIs
Manage project team and the team's progression, conduct existing and post-campaign content updates, analyze result and effectiveness
Manage brand/Company's presence and engagement on different social media platform in terms of overseeing, producing and optimising online content to augment company's offerings and mission.
To perform/execute design/visual layout/editing duties of various artwork.
Conduct social media analysis, competitive research, conversation management and web behavior analysis.
Establish and analyse data (both existing and potential customers) so as to develop new marketing proposal to retain existing and expand new customer base.
To track success of social and media initiatives and to prepare management reports
To collaborate and work closely with the channels business partners and vendors to secure business cooperation opportunities
Create SEO, SEM, PPC ads
To manage issues/crisis communication with regards to the social and digital media platform

**Job Requirement: •At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position

Excellent command in written and spoken for both English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
Equipped with strong knowledge in above-mentioned duties (such as social media marketing, SEO keyword analysis and etc
Good communication skills including ability to present designs to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders as well as to solve problem creatively and effectively
Motivated and enthusiastic in all things digital with prior implementation experiences with the ability to work on his/her own as well as part of a team
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in high pressure environment
Able to multi-task and work independently under mínimal supervision
