Description
We are looking for an ambitious regional director to be responsible for the hiring and training of competent staff.

The regional director's responsibilities include maintaining a budget set out for the region, which involves approving the expenditure of lower management and requesting additional funds if necessary.

You should be able to implement innovative strategies to boost sales and ensure maximum profitability.


To be successful as a regional director, you should be able to assist the company in reaching its financial objectives.

An outstanding regional director should be able to build and maintain sound working relationships with all departments.


Requirement

  • Senior managerial position experience more than 5 years or 3 years in similar capacity
  • ICT background education degree or diploma with relevant experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Malay/Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to travel and manage the establishment located in the assigned region

Responsibilities

  • Communicate local and corporate office policies to staff and comply by leading by example.
  • Forecast on budget relating to business levels, financial and personnel needs, organizational plans and facility requirements on time.
  • Draft competitive regional proposals considering price, performance and schedule.
  • Hire qualified representative and strategize on sales management for each region.
  • Ensure compliance of agent and sales management with sales lead process.
  • Develop and evaluate regional talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Develop and manage measurement systems to review talent acquisition effectiveness and attract and retain high performing workforce.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communication with regional clients
  • Train and mentor external regional staff.
  • Execute regional office contracts and operating locations within regional responsibility.
  • Ensure future profitability through performance reviews and routine discussions on competencies and achieved results.
  • Review on performance, hold staff meetings and mentor regional staff.
  • Develop planning process, timing and quality holistically.
  • Supervise and handle project costs such as budgeting, cash flow, invoicing and payments, schedules and projected margins.
