Description
The IT Executive will work closely with ABLE and ABLE SEAS staff. The position reports to Assistant Manager, Corp Admin.


Responsibilities:


  • First level technical support for user's desktops & laptops.
  • Second level support.
  • Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router).
  • Maintain and manage related Infrastructure services that include (but not limited to): Active Directory domain services, File and Print services, Patch Management, Backup and Restore, Anti-Virus Systems, Web and Database servers, Tech Refresh, etc.
  • To handle data and security management - Data backup, Management, Security control of data, facilities, systems, etc.
  • Responsible for on-going procurement, installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software in accordance with Company requirements.
  • Maintaining hardware/software inventory documentation.
  • To keep up to date IT technologies and implementation of new systems where required.
  • Setup and training of Microsoft 365 and other software for employees.
  • Printer setup and support.
  • To perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
  • To support for video and audio conferencing.
  • Work with all related stakeholders.
  • Door Access control of ABLE's premises
Any other tasks and/or duties assigned by the Assistant Manager and Executive Director.
