Roles & Responsibilities


You will be part of a team that drives the client's organisational development and corporate excellence initiatives, including in the areas of change management, culture building and organisational diagnosis.


Your key duties will include:

  • Plan, manage and coordinate change management activities for a new IT system
  • Plan, manage and coordinate events and initiatives to facilitate NEA's rollout of its refreshed core Values
  • Support in the preparations and administering of the Whole of Government (WOG) Employee Engagement Survey (EES) to all NEA staff
  • Support department's work in internal communications
  • Assist in organisation excellence/ wellbeing initiatives and any other adhoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder
  • 12 years of relevant working experience
  • Organised, highly selfmotivated and resourceful
  • Able to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail and able to work independently
  • Prior working experience in events management, marketing and communications would be an advantage

Working Arrangement:
Mon to Fri Office Hours

Contract Period: 3 months


Location:
Scotts Road


Salary:
$18-$20/hour (depending on educational qualifications)
