CANCAN Furnishings is looking to hire a Head of Operations to help scale its business The successful applicant will be responsible for the company's operations, including the following matters:- Managing overseas manufacturers on orders management, furniture production matters (OEM and made-to-order), quality control and troubleshooting
- Managing and arranging crossborder deliveries and local lastmile deliveries
- Inventory tracking and domestic warehouse management
- Handling customers queries (B2B and B2C) and managing the company's online marketing and distribution channels
