IS&T Graduate Trainee Programme Overview


We are offering an exciting 12-month IS&T Graduate Trainee programme that allows high potential young talent to immerse in an accelerated learning environment.

The programme combines on the job training, job rotation opportunities with diverse projects for Trainee to build solid foundation as IS&T professional.

Through individualized development plan and coaching sessions by various leaders, the Graduate Trainee will ultimately develop further to be the key talent in the IS&T community and unleash his/her full potential at Louis Vuitton.


Profile:


Programme Rotations


The structured rotational programme across IS&T domains will equip the Trainee with multi-faceted operational experience and practical skills to prepare him/her to excel at the new position at Louis Vuitton after successful graduation.

The Graduate Trainee will have hands-on experience on functional domains as well as project management.

He/she will partner closely with Client Development, Retail Operations, and retail teams to get to understand the unique ecosystem within Louis Vuitton.

He/she will be assigned to a diverse range of assignments to gain exposure and practice project management skills.

By working across departments, the Graduate Trainee will grasp the essentials of each department and gain a boarder view as a competent IS&T professional at Louis Vuitton.


The rotation will be arranged among IS&T functional domains such as Supply Chain & Logistics, warehouse, Retail, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, eRetail and Client Development.


Individualized Development Plan
The Graduate Trainee will be offered with an individual development plan throughout the programme.

He/she will have regular coaching sessions with various leaders and HR partners to ensure his/her development are supported and on track.


Additionally, the Graduate Trainee will be joining the Louis Vuitton early career professional community to enjoy the learning resources and exposures.


Additional information:


  • 2023 fresh graduates or those who has less than 2 years' working experience, major in Information System/Engineering/Science.
  • Passion for the Brand with keen interest to build a career in IS&T
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Powerpoint). Power Bl is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across functional areas and levels of the organization.
  • Strive for continuous improvements.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas, people and procedures
  • Accountable and selfmotivated with confidence.
  • Great team spirit and potential leadership ability.
