    Roles & Responsibilities

    We were first established in Oct 2021, but as a 2nd generation business, we have been in this hair industry trade locally for 40 years.

    We are seeking an enthusiastic, talented, and versatile Human Resource (HR) Executive to join our dynamic team.

    The role of the Human Resource (HR) Executive will be

    • assisting the Functional Manager as the backend lead, to streamline work processes,
    • assist the Director in meeting arrangements
    • With the opening of a new concept salon, the Human Resource (HR) can also assist the Functional Manager in setting up the new outlet, &
    • any ad-hoc duties as required

    Working hours:

    • 5 day a week, incentive will be given if able to work on weekends. Working hours are to be discussed.
    • Mondays to Saturdays: 1030 am to 6:30pm
    • Sundays & PHs: 11am to 6pm

    Overall Objective:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
    • Gain valuable experience in the administrative field and develop professional skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • General Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage HR administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, leave management, and employee data entry.
    • Data Entry & Recordkeeping
      Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital).
      Prepare and process documents (e.g., invoices, expense reports, meeting materials).
      Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
    • Data Entry & Recordkeeping:Input data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
      Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases.
      Generate reports as required.
    • Other Duties:Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    • Recently graduated from a recognized ITE or Polytechnic program in Singapore, or relevant working experience can be considered.
    • Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
    • Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
