    Roles & Responsibilities

    Main Responsibilities

    This position requires to work closely with a variety of people, from within and from outside the department: Section heads, Team Heads, Project Managers, HR, Admin and Finance teams in Singapore and Paris.

    The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication and relationship with all of the department teams and partners.

    Project portfolio management for transverse GMD and Risk division

    • Collect and produce status of project under the division responsibilities from various IT and business team
    • Prepare project committee, domain committee for the filiere
    • Contribute to the industrialization of the process to make it efficient

    Monitoring and reporting budget while ensuring consistency with staff and recruitment plan

    • Support section heads on following up budget initialization and reporting
    • Liaise with section heads for understanding of budget and project portfolio needs
    • Provide a global view of budget status and changes from last reporting period
    • Organize and keep up to date databases/documentation related to budget and staff plan
    • Provide analysis using and developing Power BI technology
    • Provide support to managers to ensure timesheet accuracy

    Reporting and Quality Assurance

    • Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
    • Build and implement a quality assurance framework to support ISAP transversal projects (Devops, Lean, etc.)

    Change, collaboration and process

    • Act as change manager for all upcoming transversal new processes into the department, as permanent control level 1 framework, etc.
    • Take the lead to ensure the department alignment with CACIB / ISAP compliance and security rules and controls
    • Facilitate delivery project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department
    • Initiate processes for transverse activities such as demand management with Jira usage, new joiner onboarding, compliance monitoring, timesheet, etc.

    Qualifications and Profile

    Functional

    • Experienced in PMO activities or in a project management role in software engineering environment (minimum of 8 years)

    Technical

    • Ms Excel (pivot table), Ms Project, Power BI (basic reporting and analysis), Ms Powerpoint, Ms Sharepoint

    Other professional skills and mindset

    • Highly analytical mind and energetic character
    • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to easily communicate with multi-cultural team members
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong ability to analyze figures and provide insights summary for alerting and decision making
    • Self-sufficient and pro-active in sourcing information
    • Strong sense of confidentiality
    • Certification on Project Management (Prince 2 or PMP) would be a plus
