Description
The appointee will report to the Team Lead of Business Development and Consultancy, supporting in the following areas of work:1) Provide sales support and administration, including but not limited to the following areas:- Perform simple cold calling activities.
- Arrange meetings between clients, internal staff, and assigned consultants.
- Prepare nondisclosure agreements, letter of engagements, and letter of grants for projects.
- Liaise to obtain relevant supporting documents, billing information and completeness of signed documents from clients prior to project runs.
- Desktop research to client profile and/or the business.
- Collate and update client and project information for data currency.
- Assist in the cleaning of internal contact databases.
- Assist in drafting presentation decks.
Job Type:
Part-time
Contract length: 5 months
Part-time hours: 42 per week
Salary:
$1, $1,820.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
