Job Details:

Working Days: 6 day work week, able to work on weekends/PH

  • Working Location: Near Bedok MRT
  • Working Hours: Opening or Closing Shift
  • Salary Range: $3200 $3500, with incentives

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, controlling operating expenses and ensuring the shop's profitability
  • Foster good working relationship and communication between front and back of house teams
  • Be an amazing example of service, leading the team to ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service while maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment
  • Lead and train the team in accordance to the company's core values and DNA
  • Enforce and uphold compliance to Company SOPs, adhere to governmental regulations, ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained within the store
  • Undertake other adhoc duties base on operational needs

Job Requirements:


  • Min Diploma in Hospitality or related fields
  • Preferably 2 years managerial experience in F&B in cafes / restaurant / similar capacity
  • Passionate about service and skilled in interpersonal interactions Exhibits strong team player and selfdriven characteristics
