Marine Claims Assistant ManagerYour new company
This well known and established Direct Insurer is looking to hire a Marine Claims Assistant Manager.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Marine Claims, you will be contributing to the organisational profitability by ensuring claims are effectively managed in accordance with industry regulations, company guidelines and standards.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining collaborative relationships with both internal (within Claims Division and within the company) and external business, such as underwriting, risk control, staff counsel and actuarial partners.
In addition, you will receive the opportunity to develop a claims team, providing coaching and guidance and mentorship where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Cargo Claims will be ideal.
